We ship international orders outside Europe with Colissimo or UPS. Please note that duties and taxes are not calculated at checkout and may be requested by your local customs office upon delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customs duties, VAT and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of delivery.
If a parcel is refused or not collected and is returned to Alamar Designs, return costs may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges are only offered for items received defective or damaged.
