If a returned item gets damaged during transit, we’ll inspect it, and if it doesn’t meet our return conditions, we won’t be able to process a refund.
If a package is not retrieved from the post office, warehouse, or pickup point within the specified holding period, and is subsequently returned or deemed unavailable, the product will not be eligible for a refund.
